On stand 310 in hall B1, the company will showcase new solutions for efficient planning and building that combine architectural freedom of design with perfect functionality and fabrication efficiency. To enable fabricators to manufacture heroal systems even more efficiently in the future and to effectively counter the increasing shortage of skilled workers, heroal has expanded its portfolio to include solutions that are particularly fast and easy to fabricate. An innovative window fitting system, standing out for its particularly easy and efficient installation, will be shown for the first time at BAU. During regular live demonstrations at the exhibition stand, fabricators can see for themselves the high efficiency of the new fitting system heroal WF EM as well as the clamp-on sun protection system heroal VS Z EM and the door sash profile heroal D 72 PF EM. Further highlights presented by heroal are new business fields for fabricators in the roller shutter and sun protection sector, as well as the heroal Ready range with its high degree of prefabrication.
The easy digital planning and manufacture of heroal system solutions with optimised processes will also be in focus at BAU. Consistently geared towards optimising the value chain, heroal system solutions contribute to the resource-efficient and process-reliable implementaion of projects. New service offers from heroal give fabricators new impetus to optimise production and processes, and will be shown for the first time at the information desks at the exhibition.
Connectivity and convenience
Digitalisation affects all areas of life. In order to make tomorrow’s working and living spaces comfortable, barrier-free and intelligent, system solutions from heroal can be flexibly integrated into building automation. Designed as a Smart Home solution, the retrofittable WLAN module heroal Connect RS provides for convenient, location-independent control of electric roller shutters and sun protection elements via app or voice assistant. As a Smart Building solution in commercial construction, heroal offers the innovative ventilation flap heroal W 72 VF, for example. The subtle, user-independent motorised flap supports architects and planners in the implementation of controlled, natural ventilation concepts.
In addition, the barrier-free system solutions from heroal stand for the highest level of comfort. As a high-quality solution for sophisticated residential and commercial construction, the sliding door system heroal S 77 SL sets the tone at the exhibition stand for the design of rooms with a high quality of life. Maximum ease of use is provided by the drive system heroal SF Drive. It is fully integrated in the profiles of the element and ensures a particularly convenient and almost silent operation at the touch of a button or via smartphone.
Design
The individuality and aesthetics of a building is reflected not only in its architecture but also in sophisticated design variants and options for shapes and colours. With its industry-leading range of designs and colours, including more than 500 RAL and DB colours in different gloss levels, surface designs in wooden, concrete and rust looks (heroal SD), and the exclusive Les Couleurs® Le Corbusier shades, heroal offers fabricators, architects and planners a great variety and creative freedom. The outstanding aesthetic looks of heroal system solutions create high-quality living spaces in residential and commercial buildings. The well thought-out and perfectly coordinated systems can be combined in many different ways, creating building shells that appear to be cast from the same mould.
Among other exhibits, heroal will show the curtain wall system heroal C 50 for commercial buildings, in combination with the heroal D 72 commercial front door, the heroal W 77 i block window and the partly integrated sun protection heroal VS Z. Designed as a large lifting-sliding element with a sash corner that can be opened, heroal will also present heroal S 77 SL at the exhibition stand. This element will be combined with the corner solution heroal VS Z, an innovative zip screen system for corners that offers effective protection against glare, prying eyes and heat and requires just a single rope guidance.
Security
For the creation of a second escape route, heroal will present a battery backed emergency-power control, with which roller shutters and sun protection elements can be lifted even in the event of a power failure. Also on show at BAU is the fire protection door system heroal FireXtech D 93 FP with its modular design, offering not only perfect fire resistance but also shorter processing times for fabricators.
heroal roller shutter systems made from aluminium and stainless steel offer excellent burglary protection and meet the highest security requirements. In combination with heroal windows, they offer maximum reliability and very high security, including resistance class RC 4.
