Through the annual assessment of companies and cities, the non-profit environmental organization CDP aims to make global effects on climate transparent. Last year, REHAU already received a top rating of B thanks to its great commitment to sustainability. This success has now been confirmed once again.
Since 2014, REHAU has voluntarily shared details of its climate-related activities with the non-profit environmental organization CDP, which evaluates the environmental performance of companies, cities, states and regions in its global rating. With more than 18,700 participating companies worldwide, the CDP rating is considered the gold standard of environmental reporting by the global business community.
This year, REHAU Industries and REHAU Automotive participated for the first time as independent units, thus consistently continuing the continuity of the former REHAU Group. In the recently published CDP Rating 2022, REHAU Industries and REHAU Automotive received a B rating in Climate Change. This means that REHAU is once again above both the global average of C in the area of climate change and the average of C in the sector of manufacturing plastic products.

The confirmation of REHAU's top results in this category is to be rated particularly highly, as both the global average rating and the sector-specific rating have deteriorated significantly compared to 2021.
