What’s in the pot inside Schiatti’s laboratories
Since a few months Schiatti finished projecting a particular technology that has already demonstrated the ability to solve many problems and criticalities of industrial glass processing. Millimetric precision, energetic efficiency and smart automation are some of the concrete results visitors will see in action.
Schiatti arrived at this output by actively listening to customers’ requests, studying their production processes and focusing on maximum efficiency.
Silent revolution coming…
Schiatti is presenting a machine that combines automation, digital control, and a precision that, until yesterday, seemed impossible to reach. The automatic integrated squares, the inverter adjustment from 200 to 4500 RPM, the laser system for centering: each component was redesigned from zero. The result? Zero waste, maximum productivity, and energy consumption reduced to the minimum.
Easy, safe, precise
Schiatti has already unveiled a lot and, after all, numbers tell only part of the story. What really matters is how this technology translates into daily work: fewer errors, higher speed, and always perfect results.
The digital control system monitors each parameter in real time. The interface is intuitive, and safety is absolute thanks to redundant controls.
