On 1 September 2024, 61 young men and women started their apprenticeships at profine GmbH. Of these, 42 began their professional careers at the Pirmasens site, while 19 trainees started in Berlin.
With a total of 170 trainees in Germany, profine is committed to the sustainable promotion of young talent. More than 120 of the young talents are employed at the company's largest site in Pirmasens.
The new trainees are spread across 12 different vocational training programs, covering traditional industrial and commercial areas as well as professions in logistics and IT.
In addition, some of the newcomers have opted for a dual study programme leading to a Bachelor's degree. Most of the new trainees are starting out as plastics and rubber technologists.
With a training quota of around ten per cent, profine GmbH is committed to the sustainable recruitment of skilled professionals from within its own ranks.
