Ensinger is delighted to be able to present Michele Giagnorio as the new Account Sales Manager. He is switching from insulbar office-based sales to the field sales force. In the future, his new position will see him supporting customers from Eastern and South Eastern Europe with all issues connected to our insulating bars.
Michele Giagnorio has been part of the insulbar Sales team since 2014. Having originally trained as a commercial manager for freight forwarding and logistics and for the retail sector, he has now had time to amass lots of experience in customer service and in our industry. He recently also successfully completed further training in sales management. Customers and colleagues primarily value his open and friendly manner and his integrity.
The Sales Manager has a clear idea of what he would like his new role to look like: My chief aim is customer-focused support. Alongside this I would like to drive forward the digitalisation of our sales processes. The ability to work as a team and support each other as colleagues is particularly important to me here, because we can only be strong together!
For the moment, Michele Giagnorio cannot quite yet be spared in office-based sales. In order to ensure as smooth a transition as possible for his existing customers, he will in the short term be continuing to perform internal sales tasks. However, the 31-year-old is aiming to concentrate solely on his new task soon.
In private, Michele Giagnorio – who has a young son – is a passionate footballer. Could this be down to his Italian roots?! But he won’t say no to a good book, preferably a detective novel.
