The position of SCHTEC on the Polish market is strengthening month by month, as evidenced by the deliveries of machines for PVC and aluminum processing carried out in the first half of 2022, as well as projects being carried out.

The Majewski Fensterfabrik company, a well-known manufacturer of joinery from Nysa, decided to use the SSL 1 / SP welding and cleaning line, on the axes of which were used Beckhoff servo motors, as well as the "Parallel joining" system, parallel joining, where the tables on which profiles are placed reach each other simultaneously after the melting process, positively influencing the quality and strength of the weld. It was an important factor when choosing a line, because Western customers of windows and doors produced at Majewski Fensterfabrik attach great importance to quality.

Another company that decided to cooperate with SCHTEC is EMV Systemfenster from Buczkowice. After negotiations with Mr. Tomasz Mirka and Mr. Maciej Dąbrowski, it was decided to purchase the SMC 320 machining and cutting center connected with a screwing center with handle drilling for the RS 230. Both centers are equipped with German components, incl. Festo and Beckhoff, allowing you to locate and eliminate potential faults easily and quickly.

All CNC machines offered by SCHTEC enable remote connection of service technicians, which makes it easier to solve issues related to machine servicing and thus increases production efficiency – says Mr. Maciej Dąbrowski.

Newly established companies also trust the SCHTEC brand, an example is Okna Radon z Mieczy, whose managing director is Mr. Grzegorz Pączek. Currently, the factory is equipped with smaller machines for processing PVC and aluminum, such as the WD 720 double-head welding machine, the CM 620 CNC cleaner and the CP290 crimper, and by the end of this year, the installation of the SMC 320 machining and cutting center with the RS 230 screwing center is planned, to cover incoming orders from North America.
