The vertical panel saw mod. GMC 170 ELECTRONIC SYSTEM is the only (vertical) panel saw in the world equipped with an electronic programmer, capable of performing cuts in sequence by executing the order of the inserted work program, with absolute reliability, precision and speed. Possibility to set 90 programs, each of which can contain 18 different measures that can be repeated 99 times. In the programmer you can enter absolute or incremental measurements, the thickness of the blade, the restart of the game and the length of the cuts to be made. It is also possible to adjust the working speed, positioning and quick return. You can choose the sequence of cuts: horizontal + vertical or vertical + horizontal. In the case of horizontal cuts, the work can be done from top to bottom or vice versa. Through the serial output the panel saw can be connected to a PC, from which it can receive information such as: cutting optimization, work program memory expansion, cutting diagrams display. The GMC 170 can solve any type of work problem, allowing you to work in conditions of practicality, reliability and safety.
With the GMC 170 ELECTRONIC SYSTEM you also have the possibility to work: automatically, by setting cutting measures through the programmer display, in semiautomatic by manually positioning the saw unit on the desired size, and in manual by making measurements and cuts manually. Continuous equivalent average sound pressure level 72.0 +/- 2 dBA (no-load), 82.0 +/- 2 dBA (in process).
