Manually-operated single-head copy router, pneumatic head downward movement locking and side movement by means of indirect lever. Possibility of working steel up to 3 mm with standard fittings; with specific accessory stainless steel up to 2 mm. Spindle rotation speed adjustable with electronic speed variator to improve milling quality and extend tool life. Tracer point with 6 adjustable settings permits quick and precise machine positioning. The clamp plane rotation system (patented) permits machining 4 sides of the profile section without releasing the clamps. The rotary movement from 0° to 180° maintains the same axis; the figure produced on the first side at 0° is at the same height as that reproduced on the opposite side at 180°.This system permits increasing work speed and precision, using shorter tools, eliminating through operations and therefore reducing vibrations and noise. Work area front guard with pneumatic control.
